Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Lovely moist chocolate cake!

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk ( I used regular!)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups grated zucchini
3/4 cups choc. chips ( I omit- think they're overkill)
1/2 cup walnuts

1. Cream butter then add oil and sugar; mix.
2. Add next 8 ingredients; mix well.
3. Fold in the chips and nuts by hand.
4. Put in a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
5. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until done.

I like to frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
