Add egg & mix. Then add bananas, sour cream, & vanilla.<br />Add dry ingredients and mix. Pour into prepared pans until 1/2-2/3 full. Pour 3/4 cup into a large resealable bag. Add chicken refrigerate for 4 hours turning serveral times. Refrigerate remaining sauce for basting.<br /><br />Place chicken skin side up on a rack in a roasting pan. Sprinkle with onion and garlic salt. Place in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Shape into 5-6 patties. Cook patties in a skillet. Place cooked patties in a baking dish and keep warm in the oven. Prepare gravy with meat drippings. Stir in sliced mushrooms.
